emPower launches Business Associate Agreementonline course and policy template to help Business Associates to train andcomply their employees as per HIPAA Privacy and Security amendment rule, whichcame into effect from February 17,2010.

The Business Associates now on share more responsibility forprotection of the privacy of the patient health information. Any lapse on theirpart can invite serious penalties or criminal conviction, depending upon theseverity of the violation.
